Hi, I’m Wambui, a customer care storyteller from Kenya and the founder of Lobby Reflections.

This platform began as a blog documenting real customer care experiences in Kenya. However, it has since grown into a space where storytelling, customer experience, business growth, and professional development come together.

Above all, I believe every customer interaction tells a story. Some stories reveal frustration, while others demonstrate kindness, patience, resilience, and growth. Through this platform, I share those stories and the lessons they teach us about serving people better.

My Journey

Over the years, I have worked in private clinics, law firms, church offices, government service points, and my own small business ventures.

As a result, I have interacted with people from different backgrounds, each with unique needs and expectations.

These experiences taught me that customer care is much more than answering questions or solving problems. Instead, it is about listening, understanding, communicating, and creating meaningful experiences.

Consequently, many of the stories shared on this blog are inspired by real-life encounters that challenged me, shaped me, and strengthened my understanding of people.
